How quickly do I receive my calling cards?
Once you have Registered and receive Full Active membership, you receive your calling card instantly on successful payment. Unlike other calling card websites there is absolutely no waiting time!! An Email confirming your purchase and PINS is sent out and your PINS can also be viewed under the my account section of the website.

How do I pay for my calling cards?
We accept a valid Credit/Debit card via our secure transaction page on our website. Please contact customer services for further information.

Sometimes I dont get the number of minutes advertised from the calling card that I use?
International Telecom Minute Rates is a fast changing trade. Manufacturers often reserve the right to change the number of minutes without prior notice, unless stated otherwise. We update our site daily and keep up with rate changes but in order to be sure, please check with the appropriate card customer service.

Can I call from more than one country?
Yes. International Calling cards allow you to call any destination in the world, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Am I using a 'Secure Connection' when entering my credit card details?
Yes. Transactions are protected by Comodo secure system with the Industry standard SSL Technology.

Do I need to type in my details every time I buy a card?
Yes. We do not store your credit card details and you will have to enter your card details which is then passed directly via the secure payment page to the payment gateway - everytime you transact with callingcards247.

Are My UK Calling Card details only sent by email?
Yes. We do not post card details. We Email the card details instantly and these details can also be viewed in the my account section of the website.

Can I use the UK calling cards from Jersey and Guernsey?
Yes. If you have any doubts try to call the Access number of the card before you buy.

If I experience a problem with my card then who I speak to?
You will have to call the appropriate customer service team dealing with the card. The customer service numbers for each card is listed in the card details.

Can I use these cards on my mobile phone to call other countries, and if so how much extra does it cost ?
Yes. The charges to call the Access Number from your mobile depends on your mobile tariff and how much your mobile operator charges you. Most line-rental phones allow free minutes to local numbers and can be used to call the local Access Number.

How do I choose the best card?
In the card search panel choose the destination you wish to call and then click search. Cards will be listed according to the minutes they offer to that destination.

Is there a minimum or maximum order limit?
There is no minimum order limit. The maximum order limit per transaction is 60.

I still have credit on my Card but my pin number is invalid. What should I do?
All calling cards have an expiry period. Please contact customer services of the appropriate card for any queries or faults.

What type of phone do I need to use a calling card?
Calling cards work from any 'touch tone' phone.
